What is the cheapest way to get to downtown Denver?

The RTD A Line train costs USD10.00 and takes 35-40 minutes to Union Station. It departs every 15 minutes during peak hours. More information

Where is the Uber and Lyft pick-up spot at the airport?

On Level 5 of the Jeppesen Terminal: doors 504-506-510-512 (west) and 505-507-511-513 (east).

Is there free internet access?

Yes. Networks: “DEN Airport Free WiFi” and “DEN Airport Free WiFi 2.4”. No time limit.

How do I get between the terminal and the boarding gates?

With the automated “Train to the Gates” train, which connects the terminal with concourses A, B, and C. It operates 24/7 and takes less than 10 minutes.

What to do during a long layover?

DEN offers shops, dining, VIP lounges, a terrace, children's play areas, and the Westin Hotel with a pool and restaurant. See options in services.

What should I do if I lose a valuable item?

Contact the Lost and Found office (Level 1 East) or call +1 720 336 2522. You can also fill out this form.

Is there luggage storage?

No. Denver Airport does not currently offer luggage storage.

Is there free parking?

Yes. The Cell Phone Lot (Final Approach) allows waiting for passengers at no cost. More info at DEN Parking.

Can I get a SIM card?

Yes. At the InMotion stores in concourses A and B. In addition, you can purchase an eSIM online.

Where are the pick-up and drop-off zones?

Departures: Level 6. Arrivals: Level 4. Taxis, shuttles, and Uber/Lyft: Jeppesen Terminal, Level 5.

Are there services for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, but it is key to coordinate wheelchairs with the airline. There are also elevators and accessible restrooms.

What confuses first-time travelers?

DEN is large and some signs are not clear. Use the official app or ask ambassadors for help.

How to avoid security delays?

We recommend arriving 2.5 hours early and using DEN Reserve or TSA PreCheck. The west entrance is usually faster.

Can baggage claim be delayed?

Yes. Especially with Southwest or Frontier. The wait can exceed 30 minutes.

Can I walk between concourses?

No. You must use the internal train (Train to the Gates). If it's not working, there are alternative buses.
