What is the most economical way to get to downtown Denver?
The A Line commuter rail service is the most economical option for travel to and from downtown Denver (Union Station). It departs every 15 minutes during rush hour and every 30 minutes at night and the fare is USD10.50. Travel time is 35-40 minutes. MORE INFORMATION
Where is the pick-up location for Uber and Lyft at the airport?
The passenger pick-up and drop-off points for app-based transportation services are located outside the Jeppesen Terminal on Level 5, exiting through gates 504, 506, 510 and 512 (west side) and gates 505, 507, 511 and 513 (east side).

Is there free internet access?
Passengers can access free unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the airport facilities. You will need to connect to the “DEN Airport Free WiFi” or “DEN Airport Free WiFi 2.4” network.
How to travel between the terminal and the boarding gates?
The Jeppesen Terminal is connected to the three airport concourses via a train (Train to the Gates) that operates through an automated guidance system. Stops are located in the center of each concourse. After passing through the North and South security checkpoints, passengers will be directed to this train. From the terminal to the C gates, the most distant, the trip takes less than 10 minutes.
What to do in case of a long layover?
There are plenty of stores (including duty-free options) and dining options. Denver International Airport also offers a number of other amenities, including lounges with beverages, food, work spaces, children's area, terrace, nursing rooms, massage services, chapel, charging outlets for electronic devices, lounge areas. In addition, the Westin Denver International Airport hotel is located right next to the terminal and offers comfortable and well-equipped rooms, a fitness center overlooking the airport, garden and pool, restaurant and other amenities that provide a pleasant stay.
What to do in case of loss of valuables or luggage?
Items found at security checkpoints and public areas are transferred to the lost and found office, located on Level 1 East of the Jeppesen Terminal, near gates 111-113.
Hours of operation: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Is there a left-luggage service?
For security reasons, luggage storage services are not currently available at Denver Airport.

Where are the drop-off and pick-up areas?
For individuals
Passengers Departures: Drop-off zones are located on level 6, directly connected to baggage check-in and ticketing.
Passengers Arrivals: Pick-up areas are located on level 4.
For commercial vehicle services
Passenger drop-off and pick-up lanes are located on level 5 (cabs, rental car vans, buses, limousines, Uber and Lyft).
