For any service to passengers you may need (guest services, lost and found, translation, general information, etc.
Customer Service
For customer service dial (303) 342-2000 or (800) 247-2336 or Live Chat, (from 6 am to 10.30 pm).
Ground transportation booth is located in Jeppesen Terminal, Level 5 tel (303) 342-4059)
Besides, within the airport you can use a customer service (white courtesy) telephone:
- Located throughout the airport
- Dial 2000
- Use to get paging services, information, or to report emergencies
- Information booths are available in all concourses.
- Ambassador Volunteers can be Found throughout the airport and are Identifiable by their violet, plaid vests
Meet & assist services
They are currently offering the meet & assist services free of charge (for a limited time) based on availability. During this time, the airport will be evaluating the program and making adjustments for a future paid service. DEN Airport will appreciate your comments on the services provided in order to improve the service and offer additional offers in the future.
Hours of Operation
Daily Hours: 8 a.m. until 7 p.m., subject to availability. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the need for the service and are subject to availability. Requests for wheelchair assistance must be reserved directly through your airline.
Baggage Services
Baggage Check
This is an exclusive service for domestic flights on Alaska, United, American, Spirit, Delta, and Southwest airlines. Flights to international destinations are not eligible for the bag check service.
DEN offers free bag check and check-in service to make it convenient for you to travel, luggage free, from the time you arrive until you board your flight. Bag check and check-in services are provided by Bags Inc. Check your bags a minimum of 90 minutes before your flight
Baggage Claim
Baggage Claim at Denver International Airport is located in Jeppesen Terminal, on Level 5, on both east and west sides. Carousels 1 – 9 are located on the east side of Jeppesen Terminal and carousels 10 – 19 can be found on the west side.
Lost and Found
Items found at security checkpoints or in public areas of the airport are taken to the airport Lost and Found, located in Jeppesen Terminal. Filing a claim for a lost item can be done online at no charge.
