Services for passengers requiring assistance within the airport (travel assistance, lost & found, translation, general information, etc.).
Customer Service
You can reach a customer service agent by dialing +1 720 730 4359 or by live chat. DEN Airport agents are available to assist you from 6:00 am to 10:30 pm.
The ground transportation information booth is located on level 5 of the Jeppesen Terminal (Tel +1 303 342 4059).
Inside the airport, you can visit one of the information desks:
- Level 5 of the Jeppesen Terminal, next to the arrivals area
- Center Core of Concourse A, south side
- Center Core of Concourse B, east side
- Center Core of Concourse C, east side
- Volunteer Ambassadors can be found throughout the airport and are identifiable by their purple plaid uniforms
Baggage Services
Baggage Claim
Baggage claim is located on level 5 of the Jeppesen Terminal. Carousels 1 to 9 are located on the east side of the building and carousels 10 to 19 can be found on the west side.
Lost and Found
Items found at security checkpoints or in public areas of the airport (including restrooms, parking lots, shuttle buses) are transferred to the DEN lost and found office, in the Jeppesen Terminal. Filing a claim for a lost item can be done online by completing the following form.
